Archer Park Rail Museum: Home to the only world known operating Purrey Steam Tram. The station opened on 11 December 1899, in the city of Rockhampton, Queensland. 

Archer Park Rail Museum prides itself on taking visitors back through the different eras of rail and includes many different statics displays of locomotives; carriages and memoribilia, when rail was the primary form of transportation in Rockhampton. 

The tram operates every Sunday from February to November, with the museum open Sunday through to Thursday (excluding all national and local public holidays). Our volunteers are dedicated in keep the spirit of Archer Park Rail Museum alive.
